“Coe” scaled to 65# thrusters, otherwise as Rx’d: 20:10. Shoulders felt quite good during the thrusters, I was pleasantly surprised. Next time I’l bump up to my Fran thruster weight of 75#. This was a killer workout! Did it alone after the Sunday morning class, during which everyone did a FANTASTIC job on “Coe”! Y’all should be proud!

Scaled: 3.5 rounds @ 85lbs, 4.5 rounds @75lbs, and 2 rounds @ 65lbs.

It was brutal.
Scaled to 75lbs= 23 minutes (I swear I did an extra round by mistake:p)
