Cindy – 18 rounds + like 3 squats or something. Maybe it was 5. I was dying. PR by far though. Sweet.
Tried the farmers walk after class, help the weights for 20 seconds, then couldn’t even pick it up again. Tried for a minute or two, my left hand couldn’t lift it. Did my 25 burpees and called it a day.

That was a tough one tonight. I was really sore from yesterdays workouts so i knew this was going to be painful.

I am still sore two days later! This was a great workout and pretty fun though.

Curtis P @ 45lbs: 11 minutes. I tried to break these down into sets of 10 but had to change that to sets of 5 after the 1st straight 10. This was a killer and I have a bruise on my collar bone to prove it!
Cindy 15 rounds + 5 pull ups and 9 push ups. assisted pull ups/ completed 6 rounds of push ups then had to modify them for round 7 and on.
